The Mermaid sets sails along the southern coast of Curacao. From the boat you'll see Fuik, Duivelsklip and Oostpunt, a completely inaccessible region of Curacao that has been set aside as wildlife preserve. Sometimes dolphins swim alongside the boat. Then the Mermaid turns southward and heads out into the blue sea, towards Klein Curacao.

From a distance, you can see Klein Curacao’s landmark lighthouse and a shipwreck that was lodged on the beach many years ago. As the boat approaches the coast, you'll see a few huts, which are used by the local island fishermen. But mostly, you'll see endless beaches of white sand, waiting to be explored by you.
